Wendy's - Peoria

Disgusting service. The manager with the long hair and glasses dropped my order on the ground. Did not appreciate that. When I asked for a refund he laughed and said it was too late. Never eating here again.Food: 1/5

On Sunday night abt 930pm we decided to go grab a snack to eat. After a few minutes with the cashier we made our order. #4 meal with Dr. Pepper. And 1 simple $3.00 hamburger for our dying pit bull who has cancer. Her last meal, however she didn't even want it.. surprise surprise huh? I ordered the classic chicken wrap. Now you tell us if that picture shown to everyone on Google thinks that's it looks inviting?? The answer would be no NO. The cheese isn't melted at all, the lettuce on the #4 is wilted and brown. My wrap has nothing on it. It was just cold, plain chicken without much flavor.The entire meal was thrown together. Ppl want to knw that you, Employees want to work here and be happy. If not quit and simply move on. You chose jobs that are far away or hve way too much dwn time. Here's the pictures to prove it. F

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a Dave's Triple combo, extra cheese, no lettuce, no onions, no ketchup. And a 10 piece nuggets. When I got home and went to eat my meal. I saw I was given a Dave's single, extra cheese, no lettuce, no onions, no ketchup. And a 10 piece nuggets. I wasn't given a receipt, so I don't know for sure that I was/wasn't charged correctly. But $16, doesn't sound correct.

Great Customer service--the young lady who took my drive-thru was very patient thorough she got the order right! I very seldom place a food order without requesting changes to at least 2-3 food items since I have family members wit dietary or sensory issues so my orders can be completed!!! I know it can be frustrating but there was not a note of impatience in her tone or manner and sh had a lovely, welcoming smile at the window, too!! The way the world is right now, a smile brightens the day and also makes customers want to come back! Thank you!!
