Great food quick too not a bad spot and u can get a 10lb bag of ice for 1.99 il definitely be back I love sonic

Ordered online. Got a lemonade slush with strawberry and grilled cheese burger. Ordered sandwich without ketchup, mustard, etc. but added mayo and it was tasty :

The food was amazing and the burger was huge.The wait wasn't very long and they were friendly.I would definitely go again.

Ordered online but still waited 15 minutes for my food. They didn't give me the ranch dressing for my cheese sticks, no marinara either. Can't eat dry cheese sticks, so big waste of money for me. Was told they were waiting for the cheese sticks, burger was luke warm, cheese sticks were hot, but with no ranch... Not a happy customer.

We live about 20 minutes away. We had 5 meals. We got home and started unloading the order to our kids. Two of the breakfast burritos were missing. We hopped back in our car to get the missing items. When we arrived at the place we informed the crew we were missing the burritos. We then asked to get fresh tots since ours were at home, on our kitchen table, getting cold. We were told they could get us fresh tots if we give them the other ones. We told them they are at our house 20 minutes away and they are more than welcome to come to our house and pick them up. The girl left the window and then came back and said we can't give you new tots. You have one job, check the bag before you hand it to the customer. Very poor customer service. If we were trying to get free food, we would have told them we were missing more than 2 burritos and we for sure wouldn't have driven the 20 minute drive home only to drive back here again. Further more, waiting in drive thru again over 15 minutes to get missing items. And isn't it a health department violation to take food or drinks back from the customer??
