It took a bit to get seated but when we did, our table fit everyone comfortably and we were greater almost right away. Our server did a very good job at making everything right thewhole time. With a party of 11, you have to expect it to not be perfect ???? no matter what the problem was they were quick tofix it and we ended up having a wonderful time. ????

Since my wife eats less than a hummingbird, two burgers were too much, so we just split a burger, which was more than enough. It wasnice that they cut it in half and served it on two plates. We had plenty of fries, but I always thought that fries werebottomless served with ranch dressing. I bring it up because we were never asked if we wanted more fries, even though I wouldhave declined. I think the sodas are also bottomless, but my wife was good with one serving. I enjoyed an ice-cold beer, butfor some reason, they weren't bottomless.

I prefer shoestring fries, unfortunately they serve steak fries they 're never crispy as shoestringwould be. I began going to Red Robin in part because they served your meal on plate or platter. I 'm not fine with the "budget "program. BTW also on the menu is sweet potato fries, which would have been better with the turkey burger. ????

She seemed very fake which I did not like. Not to forget that they messed up my friend?s drink 2 times. Obviouslythe girls serving do not pay attention which is so sad. Also, coming and checking on us too often made me feel like rushed. Iwas at this place for the first time, well?it?s also the last time. I ordered a burger which was ok, nothing special ?sorry , Iprefer In-and-Out. If I can make a suggestion, that would be to train the employees to care about the patrons and not just saythings automatically, and to personalize each table experience.
