When you mention this after your pur... read more The site has extremely poor service and inconsistent prices. There is no soda but they don 't tell you when you buy drinks. When you mention this after your purchase, they say there is a sign on the door. It 's a piece of paper poorly taped in the middle tothe front door that is blowing in the wind. I would not expect others to notice the paper or to be responsible for knowing inadvance that products they are actively selling are not available. Concerning the roughly 200% increase in cost on part of myorder, I was told it depends who is working. I was also given an explanation as to the different ways they could ring up thesame item but charge twice the cost. I guess you just have to cross your fingers to get the right price. I was then told by themanager that I was just charged wrong.

The meat was bland, there was actually really no spice to it. It was like the most expensive Taco Bell ever. What was I thinking? ???? Onsecond thought, the chalupa's at Taco Bell are pretty delicious. I would rather have those????

Music inside was pretty loud, felt bad for an elderly lady who didn't seem to be enjoying it. Didn't order much it took wayyy too long, therewere only 2 customers that had already been helped, I've been to other locations 3x as busy was out in less than10mins...there was a MINIMUM of 3 employees working up front, not counting others I heard in the back. I like the presentationof the burrito bowls, this place however...much smaller portions very sloppy serving, at one point a big goop of sour creamfell in what I think was salsa, girl didn't even notice, also bean juice everywhere, food tasted like it was microwaved for somereason??.. I remember actually seeing food containers just sitting out on the back counter several were uncovered, I assumedit was food to be tossed?...hoping that's not where my food came from????The meat was very poorly cut, very large pieces I hadto cut them again myself, love their queso blanco...except this 1st only time, it tasted old cold, not cheesy or warm at alllike how I've always had it. I've never had a bad experience at any Chipotle, wasn't worth the drive nor money truly wish foodestablishments would stop hiring nothing but young teens...they're there for a paycheck clearly could care less about customerservice????

The salads we both got were pretty skimpy compared to all the other chipotles we've been. The guacamole was light green to almost brown and tastedfunny. Even though there was one person behind us and one in front of us the guy making the plates was super rushed andpractically filling the plates with things before we could even say what we wanted. First time ever I sit down and realized Ididn't even have cheese on top and that the guacamole looked gross. Just seemed rushed.
