The salads we both got were pretty skimpy compared to all the other chipotles we've been. The guacamole was light green to almost brown and tasted funny. Even though there was one person behind us and one in front of us the guy making the plates was super rushed and practically filling the plates with things before we could even say what we wanted. First time ever I sit down and realized I didn't even have cheese on top and that the guacamole looked gross. Just seemed rushed.

The staff were friendly and attentive, although there was a bit of sloppiness when they packed our food to go. Sour cream spilled everywhere and leaked out of the bag, which was not ideal for eating in the car.

Despite being busy, the service is quick and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

When you mention this after your pur... read more The site has extremely poor service and inconsistent prices. There is no soda but they don 't tell you when you buy drinks. When you mention this after your purchase, they say there is a sign on the door. It 's a piece of paper poorly taped in the middle tothe front door that is blowing in the wind. I would not expect others to notice the paper or to be responsible for knowing inadvance that products they are actively selling are not available. Concerning the roughly 200% increase in cost on part of myorder, I was told it depends who is working. I was also given an explanation as to the different ways they could ring up thesame item but charge twice the cost. I guess you just have to cross your fingers to get the right price. I was then told by themanager that I was just charged wrong.

The meat was bland, there was actually really no spice to it. It was like the most expensive Taco Bell ever. What was I thinking? ???? Onsecond thought, the chalupa's at Taco Bell are pretty delicious. I would rather have those????
