Went in the drive through and thankfully noticed before we got too far away that they fo... read more Got 3 kids grilled cheese, and 2 pick 2 meals. Doesn't seem like a lot. Went in the drive through and thankfully noticed before we got too far away that they forgot a half sandwich from one of the pick 2. Got home only to realize they put no chicken in the CHICKEN Baja bowl which I confirmed was on the receipt. Also, while waiting for them to correct the first mistake and get us our missing sandwich they messed up an order for a dine in guest during the 5 minutes I was waiting. For how much this place costs doubt I'll ever be back.

The young lady at the cash register is attentive and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The food and coffee are delicious, and the zucchini muffins are simply the best. However, there's one issue I hope management will address: the toilet seat in the women's bathroom needs to be replaced or repaired, as it is loose and slides back and forth.

I placed my order while waiting in line at the checkout in Fry's across the street. Just as I was heading over, I received a text from Panera informing me that my order was ready. I walked in, picked up my order, and was back in my car in under 30 seconds. It was incredibly efficient and impressive!

Will drive farther to Wildflower or zupas next time.
