Kfc - Peoria
Kfc
Description
In a recent exploration of a local KFC, experiences varied widely amongst patrons. While some customers endured long wait times and received overcooked or incorrect orders, others reveled in fresh, delicious chicken and efficient service. A notable mention was made of a particular location that stands out for its exceptional management and quality, proving that positive experiences can exist alongside the negatives. Overall, while this KFC has potential, its inconsistent service suggests that staff training and quality control could greatly enhance the dining experience for all guests. As it stands, diners may find a mixed bag of satisfaction here.

This year on Easter Sunday, my mom wanted KFC, so I stopped at the Surprise location. It turned out to be the worst decision I've made in years. They only had dark meat available in a bucket, and when I got home and opened the bag, it looked like it had been sitting on the shelf for hours and reheated multiple times. To make up for my bad experience, the corporate office sent me a certificate for my loss of money, and the location on Union Hills Avenue made things right. Despite the misleading reviews, I found the Union Hills location to be clean, well-managed, and the staff were very pleasant. The chicken was available in both dark and white meat, and it was very tasty and fresh. However, it seemed like there was something off with the sides. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. If I were to go back, I would definitely go the extra miles to the Union Hills location.
I have never had chicken sandwiches as fresh and delicious as the ones at this restaurant. I will never go back to Popeyes after trying these. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many thanks to them.
We wanted to order chicken at this restaurant tonight, but had to wait over 30 minutes because they ran out of chicken. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken?
I was the only customer in the restaurant and it still took 15 minutes to receive my food. The chicken was extremely overcooked to the point of being inedible, the wing was small and the Dr Pepper was very flat.
