They only had d... read more This year on Easter Sunday, my mom wanted KFC, so I stopped at the Surprise location. It turned out to be the worst decision I've made in years. They only had dark meat available in a bucket, and when I got home and opened the bag, it looked like it had been sitting on the shelf for hours and reheated multiple times. To make up for my bad experience, the corporate office sent me a certificate for my loss of money, and the location on Union Hills Avenue made things right. Despite the misleading reviews, I found the Union Hills location to be clean, well-managed, and the staff were very pleasant. The chicken was available in both dark and white meat, and it was very tasty and fresh. However, it seemed like there was something off with the sides. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. If I were to go back, I would definitely go the extra miles to the Union Hills location.

The chicken was extremely overcooked to the point of being inedible, the wing was small and the Dr Pepper was very flat.
