Drive thru was busy so went inside. Was quiet but clean. My order was taken quickly and didnt have to wait long. Food was fresh and tasted good when I got it home.
Better than Popeye's! Can't believe I just typed that but Popeye's chicken fell off... Imo they still have the best sandwiches! The Colonel's 11 herbs and spices are back on top for actual chicken pieces thighs, breast, etc.!!
I ordered through the app at around 1:30 for pickup at 2, and when we arrived at 2, they did not have our food ready. All we ordered were 2 bowls and 2 sides, and we did not receive our order until after 2:20?they were not busy inside and their customer service was horrible. What I thought was going to be an easy pickup turned into an awful experience. Plus they did not have one of our items that we ordered (which I understand), however it shouldn?t have taken 20+ minutes to get 1 bowl and 2 sides. Overall, extremely unsatisfied. ????????
Another understaffed fast food joint that takes upwards of 20 minutes to pick up delivery orders from. It would not surprise me at all to learn the owners barely pay people to work here. The entire staff seemed like it was the biggest hassle of their livesto help anyone. The lobby is even closed more than half the times I've showed up to pick up an order. As if the lowball customerorders were not enough of a reason to avoid this place. Completely blacklisted for food delivery.
Wow! Customer service off the charts! My pot pie was being cooked and we waited nearly 20 minutes;however, they let us know and offered us the choice to replace it with something else or wait. We decided to wait for it. We were notified mid point how muchtime was left and told they would throw in extra cookies for the wait. The workers were very polite and kind. When our order wasready, not only did they give us the cookies, but added a chocolate bunt cake! Definitely felt appreciated and was well takencare of. Happy Holidays KFC employees!
