When they struggle, it ends up holding up the line. Also, like many fast-food places, they make the milkshake first, so by the time the sandwich and fries arrive, the shake is just watery milk. The Deluxe Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich was nearly perfect—the chicken was juicy and tender with just the right seasoning. However, the bun and tomato could have been better. The crinkle fries were excellent: hot, crisp, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant wasn't crowded on a Friday evening and felt like a pleasant place to dine in. Though the wait was long, the freshly prepared food made it worthwhile. My only issue with this Arby's location is the challenging access when trying to go south on 83rd Ave. Overall, the Arby's menu offers some great options worth trying.

One of the meals was for my 7-year-old daughter, but she only managed to eat about half before refusing to continue. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the chicken was detached from its breading, which looked quite unappealing. I decided to take a bite to see if it was just a matter of appearance, but to my disappointment, the chicken was rubbery and unpleasant. It felt as if the breading was just stuck to the chicken like a turkey sandwich. Disheartened, we ended up throwing the meal away. This was my first time eating at Arby's in ten years, and I ordered through DoorDash for delivery. The bags were greasy and seemed to have been mishandled, which only added to the negative experience. I really hope my daughter doesn’t get sick from this meal. Additionally, while the food arrived on time, it was cold.

My friend and I were catching up when the employees playfully joked with us about paying rent! We laughed the whole time we were there for 2.5 hours. The manager, Dona, even came out to talk with us, and we were in fits of laughter. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on!
