We went for our reservation on 2/14/20 for 630 and we got there and they said that they don’t not get the reservations through here and nobody let us know so we wasted our gas to drive out there and had to find somewhere else to eat on Valentine’s Day which was hard so we had to settle for Steak ‘n Shake.not were I planned on eating our valentines dinner. We came in a little on the late side but everything was greatWe sat at the bar and we got our drinks pretty promptly.
Had dinner at Granite City before going to a musical at the Civic Center We had reservations for 5:45 pm but arrived around 5:30pm.
Slightly disappointing Been here many times, but something has changed for the worse.
Six of us went for a light dinner after a show. We shared appetizers, all of which were super! My brother had a salad (arugula, red and yellow beets, pistachios and creme fraiche) which he declared the best he'd ever eaten. Very pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. The only thing missing was a glass of wine and a few beers... it's BYO, which we didn't realize.
Very tasty food. Excellent presentation. Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Neat neighborhood scene. Highly recommended. The place has potential.
