Was Antoinette Duhamel at L’Étable a mag?
Enjoyed a wonderful meal here. I selected the Braserade au reblochon. Though all other options looked equally delicious. Apart from the generous helpings of everything, it was the quality of ingredients that sets this place apart. Melting the cheese under the charcoal was a novelty also. Pannacotta infused with bourbon was a delicious end to the meal. Highly recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.

Visited this restaurant early evening with our 9 and 6 year old boys. The service was quick and attentive and our fondue was delicious. There was just one option of pasta for children, I would say this is probably more of an adult restaurant with nice interior decoration and fewer tables but , the children were welcomed all the same. We had to reserve a few days in advance. Would definitely return.

We had a great time at the Etable on Thursday evening. Emile, our host, looked after us so well. We were twelve, six adults with six children and we all had a lovely time. The food is Alps traditional specialities with a twist thanks to the charcoal braziers! Despite being a group of twelve, we all found something we liked in the menu and really enjoyed our food! The children also really enjoyed the brazier experience and cooking their own food! It all finished with a wonderful genépi! Merci Émile

This beautiful and charming little restaurant is run by the chef and one other individual they put their heart into it and dish out very solid meals. I recommend you try it if you are in valberg.

Cozy place in a cellar, staff were friendly, other guests were friendly which helped the atmosphere. Not very big so not a lot of tables.

We went there because we believed it was were the locals would eat. What an experience to get an small coal stove/grill on the table. I would definitely recommend the raclette

This restaurant was recommended by our B&B hostess and we had to make a reservation. Friendly staff. We ordered a wonderful traditional raclette with a charcoal stove to melt the cheese. Lots of baby potatoes, cold cuts, gurkins, bread and salad: too much for 1 person. We also took a beef tartare that was not ground but cut in small pieces. Desert was OK.

The hosts is this small restaurant in Valberg were very friendly and accommodating. We opted for a menu option for cooking at the table. All in ingredients were of their nest quality and the restaurant was obviously a favourite withthelocalsdespotethelow season. Highly recommended.

This was the best meal I had on an entire two-week trip to Europe.
