I'm updating this review to say I'm really pleased with the response I've had from the management of the shop and it doesn't sound like this is typical of the shop and definitely not endorsed by management. Very unimpressed by the lack of ethics and the pseudoscience being pushed in here. Used to be a great caffe; with great food. but that's gone. the health food shop is still there and this is good.
Eat delicious. all vegetarian, some vegan that is clearly marked. massive selection of alternative milk drinks, smoothies, juices, cakes and main breakfasts and lunches. had the best salate selection. so fresh and colorful! also so beautiful to have the health store below.
This is my go-to place in Penzance. The store is downstairs offering wide choice of eco and vegan products. There is a refill service for laundry and toileteries. The herbal dispensery is on the mezzanine, and the warmest welcome upstairs in the restaurant.

This caffe is always very charming! had the vegan breakfast surrounded by art, fairy light and hanging clouds.
