Best restaurant in Cornwall. Wonderful food.
I am lucky to have have eaten at michelin starred restaurants so please believe me when I say thet the main, monkfish, was up there with the very best. Truly amazing food. I can easily seeing them getting a star.

Was thoroughly looking forward to dining here on hoildays after reading many 5* reviews. Felt the experience was mediocre. The food when it did arrive was good and I don't have any complaints in that respect. Two hours to receive two courses I feel is a bit of an excessive wait. Service was extremely slow. I'm not pretentious but after we had finished our mains dirty plates were left infront of us for at least half hour. This meant it took a very long time before our dessert orders were taken. Not major issues but when I'm paying high prices I expect a service to match and left feeling a little underwhelmed.
