All dishes were carried for more than 20 minutes, in general we waited exactly 40 minutes for a salad and a rum colla cocktail for 18 minutes! The waiter brought us 2 compliments of limoncello tincture, usually the case in a restaurant of a good standard. Also, 2 times the required cocktail was not available and the waiter offered a replacement but the husband was not satisfied with the replacement and the waiter took it away, I can always replace a dish drink in good quality establishments, especially when it 's not your choice but the offer of the waiter himself! Then another cocktail was carried for 20 minutes. And what is the result? ALL THE COMPLIMENTS AND GONE COCKTAIL WERE ON THE BILL! wow! We can go to two other well known places in Penza several times a week and compliments have never counted as a check! This is nonsense! The level of the institution is roadside cafe !
