Wendy's - Penticton

For increasingly numerous larger orders really busy closing time, these guys did amazing! The food was on point, all hot and fresh and the strawberry limonade is always delicious, tonight was no different. Ordering on the app was also a breeze, and also had a nice little bonus offer!

First breakfast at Wendy's. We had a 1 and 6 combo. They were very good and coffee wasn't bad. Nice renovation. The dining area was clean and quiet Monday at 10 a.m. We'll have breakfast there again.

Georgina is great! Great positive mood and very friendly. She deserves a raise! The crew worked fast and efficient. Not too fast, though all our burgers were perfect! Nothing sloppy about it. Impressive for the meal I left.

Their food always good, but service is hit and miss. Lately they seem chaotic and disorganized, and not as friendly as they used to be, like the employees don’t seem as happy as before, say, a year ago. The other day this lady who seemed like a manager type was working at the window and she wasn’t paying attention to me, instead she was busy barking orders rudely at workers inside, and then nearly dropped my food because she wasn’t looking as she was passing it to me (I also watched her do the same thing with the car in front of me). Not a very good example of what customer service should look like.

Restaurant was clean and service was great , but my spicy chicken seems to have shrunk and is not as good as it used to be and the fries were not great . Also there was a homeless person sleeping at a table right by the cash lineup.
