Now I know what sushi is supposed to taste like. You can tell the difference when they use the freshest of ingredients.

We were both pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavours available at Sushi Kojo. The Poke bowl was top notch, their salmon sashimi was fresh and delicious and the tempura was fantastic. If you live in Penticton or are just passing through, do yourself a favour and eat at Kojo Sushi.
