What a great meal! The food was so fresh and tasty. What I really like was everything had an individual taste. Some restaurants everything tastes the same. The ginger beef and sweet and sour pork was amazing! The chop suey vegetables were cooked perfectly and...they did not skimp on meat. The service was friendly and prompt. Food was ok, but watch out for the online order system as they automatically add 15% tip. Skipped by the prompt as I was going to tip upon delivery... Before we realized it was added to the charge. Originally from Vancouver with hundreds of restaraunt choices I can honestly say Penticton Buffet has the best smorgasbord in town.Its the best Chinese food I've had in years.The variety is much, for kids & adults, & prices are very reasonable. Great for a family dinner.The restaurant itself is basic booths, table & chairs with minimal decor but very clean. Lots of parking & only 3.5 blocks from Skaha Lake Park/Beach....nice walk after dinner.
This restaurant is close to the beach. The dishes are big and affordable. As of June 21 2020 there still was no buffet. Still, Combos a, b and c are great.
Been coming here for years, good service, until tonight.I shared a meal with my father, my brother asked if I wanted to try something that he got from the smorgasbord, I put it on my plate... Then they charged me for a smorgasbord purchase!
