KFC - Penticton

Pleasant extremely slow service. Dont know really how else to say it.__Taste of fast food without the speed.

Not only did it take 15 mins sitting at the window. I Was given the wrong order. The Zinger burger I was given I had to put back together myself as wasn't wrapped properly and fell all through my box. The chicken in the burger tasted like eating through 4 layers of seasoned cardboard. Fries unseasoned and cold (probably sitting out of the fryer waiting for my chicken). Had 1 spoon full of the slaw and gagged on it soooo foul. Person takeing my order couldn't understand what I was ordering had to place my order at the window while being given attitude the whole time like I was some sort of idiot. Things I wanted weren't available. Seriously what fast food restaurant with a name as big as KFC runs out of sprite. It's a joke. Start being polite To your customers and sticking to a freshness schedule oh and the original recipe. Never going back.

We went inside and ordered , paid when we get back to the hotel room, half of it was not in the. At. When I called back , he told me that he put the fries in the bag lol not my bag....We had to drive back up to get our chicken, fries, gravy salads that were not put in our order. Not to mention we waited minutes for fresh chicken….. our chicken was not fresh the skin was missing off of some pieces. We never ate at this location for over months it will be a very long time before we come back . Who ever owns this location better look into hiring better staff (the girl on the front was nice) and make sure the food is up to kfc standards. Horrible food.

Ordered on line and drove to store to pick up, line up lanes inside are terrible because I ordered on line I went to the pickup window bypassing the ordering line, the looks I got were terrible, hey I’m not waiting in the ordering line...up to pick up my order Order was not correct and ordered macaroni salad and got cold slop salad instead I told the guy it was incorrect he pulled to till tape and said that’s what you ordered, no I can change that for you sir Left mad and got home, looks at the chicken and it was totally over cooked

We haven't eaten here for a long time as bad experiences in the past, but thought we would give them another chance. So sorry we did. Chicken was not even hot and lukewarm at best. It looked left over from lunch and legs were shriveled...up. How can something be so greasy and dry at the same time. Salads weren't any better. Had to throw most of it out. Will not make that mistake again. Has been steadily going downhill for years and has now reached the bottom of the valley. Don't know how they stay in business.
