What User doesn't like about Shark Fin:
My young children waited around and read the menu over and over. Waiters pass and ignore us literally. I guess they don't want our money. We left. I don't know if there's a new management or something, but I hope they get people over there who know what they're doing. I'm not going back for a looooong time, if ever. View all feedback.
This is the best Chinese cuisine I've had in Pensacola, no question about it. The atmosphere is delightful, providing an elevated experience without breaking the bank. It's a fantastic value, and our waitress, Wendy, provided exceptional service throughout our visit!
My young children and I waited for a long time, repeatedly looking over the menu. The waitstaff passed by us multiple times without acknowledgment. It seemed like they didn't want our business at all. Eventually, we decided to leave. I'm not sure if there's new management or something, but I really hope they hire staff who know how to provide good service. I won't be returning anytime soon, if ever.
The food was outstanding. Everything was served promptly, and our waitress was incredibly friendly. It's rare to find such a high-quality dining experience at a Chinese restaurant.
I was waiting for a flight at the airport. I was thrilled with my discovery. The hot and acid soup had a great taste and the wings were wonderful. Drea made good recommendations and knew her menu and what people love. I feel happy to have stumbled over a delicious treasure.
So glad we stopped in. Best egg drop soup I?ve ever had. Entree comes with either pork egg roll or vegetable spring roll (excellent), a crab Rangoon and one other side. Chicken chow Leon was very good (white meat chicken). Cashew chicken (white meat) was unusual with a sugar type coating on the cashews, but still tasty. Will definitely be back.
