Fantastic food truck. The prices are more than reasonable, the food is amazing and the staff is super nice. Fried rice balls are ridiculously good, highly recommended, but honestly I've never eaten anything here that wasn't delicious. Plus coconut milk horchata! So good!Vegetarian options: Really solid vegetarian options that aren't just tacked on, lackluster versions of other dishes.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of small... View all feedback.

Delicious hot chicken bowl. The beans and rice are hidden under all the fried chicken and sauce. They are assembled just right, not too salty, big flavor.Food: 5/5

This restaurant had a great vibe. I really enjoyed the food options; they were both unique and delicious. However, it was a bit expensive. All the seating was outdoors, with some tables having umbrellas for shade, which made it feel quite warm. It would have definitely been more comfortable on a cooler day. Food rating: 4/5.

I visit this food truck at least once a week, and my favorite dish is the hot chicken rice bowl with collard greens. The food is always fresh and tastes incredible. The service is friendly and top-notch. My only minor issue — which isn't really a problem at all— is that they close in August so Randy can travel and discover new flavors to bring back for us to enjoy when they reopen in September (and I can't help but feel a bit envious). As for parking, it's free for takeout orders, and the restaurant covers the cost for dine-in guests.

Maze. Ing. Great food, creative and crazy tasty. I was known to structure my working day to be at noon at the end of the city. The Hot Chicken Bowl makes you a spoon. Ask for some of their homemade pickles above!

The MOJO Chicken Rice Bowl was incredible! The coconut rice was incredibly fragrant. I also tried the Fried Rice Balls and the Mojo Chicken Egg Roll, and both were fantastic!

I don’t have pictures because we always eat everything too fast. Food trucks run the food scene in Pensacola and Nomadic is at the top of the food chain. They are DELICIOUS. EVERY. TIME. You feel like a lottery winner on days they have a special and they’re not sold out yet. All of their food is prepared from scratch. The flavors and textures are perfect combinations. Their meat is tender and seasoned every time and the coconut jasmine rice grounds the bowls in a slight sweetness. They have options for everyone- vegan, pescatarian or otherwise. They are so invested in delicious food they spend a month out of the year traveling to eat and take notes and bring us back new recipes they fell in love with. They use all compostable and biodegradable packaging. At this point I’m just listing great things about them, but the point is they are dynamic, thoughtful, creative chefs and together with their food and the other alliances they have made with local businesses, like Jerk Soda co., they have embedded themselves into the heart of the community that is conscious and appreciates quality. We LOVE nomadic. Seriously we’ve been coming here for years and they NEVER fail.

During my visit to the Palafox Market, a friend recommended the Nomadic Eats food truck for some vegan options, which is just half a block away. The tacos were fantastic! They featured cauliflower rice, beans, and incredible flavors—it was all so delicious. The icy mint green tea was incredibly refreshing as well. Thank you for preparing such fresh, wholesome food!
