Delicious hot chicken bowl. The beans and rice are hidden under all the fried chicken and sauce. They are assembled just right, not too salty, big flavor.Food: 5/5
Fantastic food truck. The prices are more than reasonable, the food is amazing and the staff is super nice. Fried rice balls are ridiculously good, highly recommended, but honestly I've never eaten anything here that wasn't delicious. Plus coconut milk horchata! So good!Vegetarian options: Really solid vegetarian options that aren't just tacked on, lackluster versions of other dishes.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of small shareable dishes. Outdoor seating with umbrellas.
Walking the Palafox Market and a friend had told me go to Nomadic Eats food truck for vegan options. Just half a block from market. The tacos were Fabulous!! With cauliflower rice, beans and amazing flavors...sooo good. The iced mint green tea is so refreshing. Thanks for cooking fresh, whole foods. ?
This restaurant had a great vibe. I really enjoyed the food options; they were both unique and delicious. However, it was a bit expensive. All the seating was outdoors, with some tables having umbrellas for shade, which made it feel quite warm. It would have definitely been more comfortable on a cooler day. Food rating: 4/5.
I visit this food truck at least once a week, and my favorite dish is the hot chicken rice bowl with collard greens. The food is always fresh and tastes incredible. The service is friendly and top-notch. My only minor issue — which isn't really a problem at all— is that they close in August so Randy can travel and discover new flavors to bring back for us to enjoy when they reopen in September (and I can't help but feel a bit envious). As for parking, it's free for takeout orders, and the restaurant covers the cost for dine-in guests.
