What a great evening we had at Jackson's! We went for the first time last month for my wife's birthday. It couldn't have been a more perfect evening. The ambiance is warm and inviting, service and food were excellent. We will be going back for sure and not just for celebrations. View all feedback.
What Jon Yáñez doesn't like about Jackson's:
Finally tired Jackson's for the first time and I have to say I was just ok. We got the Monday special which was Lobster for 19.95 but it didn't come with sides so we ordered snap beans and four cheese and bacon mac and cheese. The lobster was not warm at all, the mac was gritty which was disappointing. The best thing was the snap beans, bread, and the drinks. I thought that the restaurant was fine dining but the deco... The service was outstanding provided by Thomas. The food was top notch cooked to perfection. I was surprised that what I would consider possibly the top upscale restaurant in Pensacola would allow diners to wear shorts and t-shirts as if they were dining on the beach. Come on Jacksons, we are dining and paying for a classy experience. Please set dress code standards. Business casual, no shorts and collard shirts for men at a minimum.
The food was amazing and the staff was great! I highly recommend, Jackson’s for your special dates and occasions.
