Went to La Union while on vacation in Pensacola this past weekend. The people there were friendly. There were several dishes to choose from. I had the soup- beef short ribs, plantains, potatoes, corn, carrots, cilantro, avocado. It was excellent! My cousin had the stewed chicken. She loved it. Both were served with rice and plantains. Come hungry because the portions are huge. View all feedback.

I ate delicious what I wanted. Parking: No problem.
The Honduran tamales. Yum and priced at $3. Each to go. They are double the size of Mexican tamales and wrapped in plantain leaves. Very hardy and delicious
Very good Kid-friendliness: Very delicious food, especially on Saturday and Sunday.

Drove 30 minutes to the restaurant with four hungry children only to be greeted by a hand written sign saying they’re closed on Wednesday. Update your information on Google so people don’t drive waste their time. The premises don’t look very inviting or tidy.
