friendly staff I have ever met at a mcdonald’s outlet they know when they are stressed and keep a good conversation with them to increase their mood, I think for the franchisee it is a good situation for the students straight on the road, although it is convenient, it is not very healthy now as I am in 12 in this school and I would not really have time to go with me View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Penrith:
I ordered two Happy Meals without the meat patties and added some extras. I encountered the same issue with the burger four times as they failed to correct it. Each time, it took about 5-7 minutes to fix just one burger. I also asked for the manager, but no one paid attention to my request. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy inside, yet some staff members were gossiping near the kitchen and one was even eating w... View all feedback.

It's one of the worst front areas ive seen. And its every shift so its an issue with how they are trained. They half make every meal so everyone just waits all together. As delivery drivers we just get stuck standing there for 30 mins because they are making the meal and then placing them under the counter without calling the number out, so the driver doesn't even know his order has been ready for 30 mins. They have no idea where they are upto in the process because they are clearing orders before they have even started making them then they forget what order they are in. All the staff are flustered because no one knows what needs to be done. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Service: 1
The young fella that was on counter had absolutely no idea how to do an order from the Maccas app, a friend i both used the app to do our orders and both of us had to wait for him to get someone to help him with it. Mcdonalds you need to get your counter service people trained properly so that people don’t have to wait around for unnecessary amounts of time Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
The staff's behaviour is not in line with the company's professional standards. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Coffee Hash Brown and Muffin, Guacamole Fries
I've been coming to, or should I say through... this Maccas for over 20 years. As a young boy this was a goto for birthday parties. And what's even better then just your average kids parties, it had a epic fridge room, i think it was downstairs, and I remember some of the parry games were down there. Mind you 25 years ago that was normal, along with all things considered not normal now. It's been 25 years since I've been to a Maccas party, I'm not even sure if they still exist... Maybe clowns are offensive to modern times.. but yeah the food here is just divine. I'm not a fan of the giant ipad ordering devices, mostly cause I pay cash, so I end up at the register anyway... But what takes the cake here is parking. The main parking lot is enough for your average patronage, but if it gets to crowded in a weekend during kids sports and what not... there's ample parking on the northern side, 45 degree road parking out the front, and parallel parking on high street, just beside the store... it could not be any easier. The staff are amazing and friendly and very good at their jobs. Well done. All in all, I can go there, order food and leave and be happy to have food made from the heart, or rather the good hands of workers willing to put in an effort.
