Mcdonald's - Pennsville

Experience was terrible? as for the time before, unfortunately. the personal is slow, it pretends to be no matter them. my order 3 times n literally. variably measured. she had to go through. I honestly don't understand. I don't like being this negatiw in a review because I understand that nothing always works, n sometimes they have a bad day. I understand that more than most. they said that. this is the permanent service that watches out here. pennsville mcdonald’s has not been great for years, but this is a regrettable new deep . eating is not bad. but service and maintenance are in the toilet? ... do BETTER-Gymien pretend to be interested in something?

They have a real bad habbit of not getting the order right at least at night

Got in line at the drive thru prior to closing. Sat in that line for 10 minutes without cars moving. When the car in front of us was finally able to order and pull up we were told that they were closed. No consideration for the fact that we were in line waiting well before closing. When we informed them that we were in line before closing the girl said that they are now closed and would not take our order. This McDonalds has, by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I can appreciate the fact that businesses are short staffed but we should have at least been informed that no orders would be taken after 11:00 PM. I will definitely give all my business to Burger King here on out.

This McDonalds location had a rather nice look on the exterior, quite standard cookie cutter style you’d expect from McDonalds. The interior, though, was very modern and clean. The colors were vibrant and such.The food was good, can’t complain about the fast and tasty service here.I would have to say though, during my dine in experience there was a employee, a young man who was obviously staring at my table and talking to his fellow employees about us and laughing. He’d watch us from afar and it made us feel slightly uncomfortable. Other than this, the food and service was great.

Long drive thru that went quickly. I was impressed. The staff was pretty good too. ??
