My absolute darling Dunkin'! I love her so much because the service is great and the drive thru is the fastest around!!! I traveled a lot for work, and I was through a lot of drive thru's, but never saw one of these quickly and consistently anywhere else! What RLM doesn't like about Dunkin Donuts:
Nope. Terrible customer service. Like bad and in front of the kids bad. Nothing like a woman making a mistake on your order, then blaming you, and telling you your rude when you disagree. Like anyone would order HOT latte and then between the orderspeaker and window go ya know, I want iced latte. And who specifies HOT? Slow down. It's just coffee ordered with a frenchaccent. I expect when you go to a truck stop, you will not get a good coffee when I go to dunkins donuts, it is not everyone the best, not everyone has the best people, it is the only one I have been in the opposite, the coffee had burned, I had it once maybe thinking it was a flak at the end of the layer it is the second time that I did not come back
The Dunkin was good The people are very nice and it is clean in the store.
This dunkin actually sucks they always close early and at random times
Staffing issues and covid deep cleans lately mean this Dunkin might not be open. OR only the drive thru is open and not the inside.
Come here about once a week and everytime atleast one thing every order gets messed up. Customer service is very good and the order that is right is good. But even when it's an app order it gets messed up.
