What A doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice:
There are no issues with the service. However, the product could be changed. Every time I go here, the water ice and ice cream taste like cardboard. Never had that happen at any other Rita's location. I wonder if the frozen products are old? They dont necessarily taste freezer burnt, so I'm not sure. It sucks because they're nearby, and I love Rita's. View all feedback.
Great staff, great desserts. Especially they love their cakes!

Free cup of water ice on the first day of Spring 2019!! Tradition!! 45* ,sunny,breezy and took an hour in line, but such fun!The young server never stopped smiling! I had delicious mango!
