Cooper House - Pennsauken

We enjoyed our meal in the cooper house, but we were annoyed that they did not use our reservation and told us that they no longer use open table.

They closed without warning and despite my 730 watch reservation. my friends and I went there to meet us for our reservation and there was a closed sign on the door.

The wings were brilliant, the brisket could be more spiced like a meerrettich sauce used to give more of a bite, was the burger ok and the regular pommes were good the waitress was a little slow to reach you

The waitress had to be stopped every time we needed something, instead of checking if we're okay. it felt like it would do the necessary minimum. Eating was just okay, probably not back.

We had high hopes for the Cooper House, but were really disappointed. The service was truly horrible, which seemed to be because they were just understaffed. Once the food came out (which took about 45 minutes), it was mediocre at best. One was completely cold and dry (imagine left overs reheated, then left to sit) and the other had no flavor. The only positive was the decor and location, which is quite nice. We absolutely will not be going back.
