Damn it, you have to wait in line for any food delivery service, no matter what Wendy’s service is, it’s all done by these rubbish employees. The bread is not hot and the fries are not crispy View all feedback.
Drive thru person was grumpy, they gave me the wrong items in my order, their phone is off the hook and they wouldn’t even give me a receipt. I’d have to drive all the way back to their store to get a refund or corrected order.
Servers don't enunciate and get an attitude when you don't understand them. The lady snatched my card from my hand. I won't return.

I have never in my life been treat so trifling! This Wendy 's deserves to be shut down or entire staff should be fired. The young man who was taking order 's and taking payment was beyond rude. I was greeted with wassup not hello welcome to Wendy 's. It was an awkward exchange when I was ordering, I thought I was being punked. i pulled around to the window to pay the youngman took my card and placed it on the card reader. he then handed me my food and told me my payment was not going through. i advised himhe must tap my card not place it on the card reader. he said you trying to argue ma 'am . i held my composer and told him to give me my card. this young man do not deserve to work no drive thru line. customer service suck. They also did not give me a receipt.
It was my first time using the mobile app. It was quick and almost easy.The food was GREAT!The price was GREAT!The drive thru GREAT!
