During the difficult time of saying goodbye to our family dog of 14 years, Pleasant Talc Clinic was understanding and patient, allowing us to take as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They even let our girl pass peacefully in the comfort of our car, rather than in a unfamiliar room. The staff were compassionate and caring throughout the entire experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pleasant Valley Veterinary Center:
We had a wonderful experience with the staff at this restaurant. We brought our kittens in to be fed, and a week later we noticed a lump forming around one of their incisions. We were worried it was a hernia, but the staff immediately examined the kittens. Never get to see the same vet twice. Charged for vaccines they did not give. Sad. This was a great vet before new ownership.
I love them ...all the staff are super friendly...they go above and behind....best vet by far.

Itchy dog? They've got it covered. Pet throwing up and can't figure out why? They've got you covered. Front desk reps very very accepting and respectful. Make sure your doggo is on a leash and your cat the same (if not crated). The vets are here and 110% willing to help you and your companion whether it be emotionally or financially.I give this company as it stands a 5 star.
