They put sprinkles on one of the donuts that they shouldn't have, and there was a short hair in the croissant, and the cheese was not melted. My granddaughter didn't want me to say anything about the hair, and she just took off the cheese and ate the croissant. We didn't see the donuts until we got home. The drinks were awesome. I went through the drive-through yesterday and I asked if they had any of the sandwich deals they used to have breakfast sandwiches two sausage croissants for $10 etc. the girl at the window was so rude and so condescending. The breakfast taco was so small and barely any food in it like a tablespoons worth. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was cold, and I had to reheat it in my microwave. The hash browns were meh, this place has fallen offParking: Parking lot should be bigger, as well as the drive through, i have a pick up and it was challenging
The service here is iffy. The food is just okay. They say they have an item when you get to the window you find out they don't.
Terrible experience. I ordered an everything bagel with bacon and cream cheese, but I received just a thin spread of cream cheese and one slice of bacon. Food rating: 2/5.
I noticed that one of the donuts had sprinkles on it, which wasn't appropriate, and there was a short hair in the croissant. Additionally, the cheese on the croissant wasn't melted. My granddaughter preferred that I didn't mention the hair, so she just removed the cheese and ate the croissant. We didn't realize the issue with the donuts until we got home. However, the drinks were fantastic, and aside from those issues, the service was excellent.
