I was grateful to find it open, as much of Penghu is currently quiet. The owners were very friendly, but I deducted a star due to the unpleasantly loud religious music playing on repeat. While I understand this is common at Loving Hut restaurants, the volume and repetition detracted from the dining experience. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the hot pot, which was flavorful and satisfying.
