Jīn Wàng Sùshí Jīn Wàng Sù Shí

I decided to visit this restaurant because it was labeled as fully vegan on Happy Cow and had no reviews yet. I spoke to the two women working there with a translator app and discovered that the restaurant is not fully vegan as they have noodles made with eggs. I marked them in my pictures. I tried the thick noodle soup and a small portion of vegetable meat with rice. The meal came with two additional sauces (chili and soy, I believe) which enhanced the flavors. I paid 105 T$, which is inexpensive for the area. If you don't mind a street food style kitchen, this place is worth a visit. (Updated review from 2024-05-09)
