My family and I had Breakfast at PHIL'S in penetang on Father's Day morning it was yummy we all enjoyed are Breakfast
I have visited Phil's for breakfast twice in the last two months and on both occasions, I had the same waitress with short hair.
This is a fantastic restaurant to dine at. All the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and Phil is an exceptional chef.
Everything is good at Phil's never had bad service food is delicious at both locations you have to check out wing night in Midland Tuesday night and...
Not so great decor but fabulous food. Great service. Reasonable prices
