Best option is going somewhere else to eat! The sandwiches are old the burger is times out 90% of the time same with the chicken they are dirty they do not wash their hands and frankly didn't even see them correctly wash any dishes or utensils I worked hereand I'm disgusted the frosty machine cleaned with water no sanitation at all period ! Your waisting your money and time andprobably going to get sick they do not follow health codes period they dump pickle juice in the drain on the floor the sodamachine is never cleaned take a looks t it! The whole inside of it covered in old sticky syrup from the sodas this place is nota good wendys they do not deserve to be open they need to be closed down again and stay closed permanently this restaurantclearly has no business being open if they cannot follow the health codes every other restaurant has to follow the back of therestuarnt where the food is cooked and held is absolutely disgusting!
Happy people, food as good as usual, but... The service was a little too quick... Let's all just slow down and bring patience back into society. :D hehe
Ya know for being in small town USA, I can't really complain. The only thing I can say is that it's a little slow there, but that's to be expected in this new post COVID world. Other than that, I actually like sitting in their lil restaurant. Now quitreading already and go grab yourself some chili, like me :
Really bad. Went there 3 times and I deeply regret it. The first time the card payment was not working so I couldn't order as I didn't have cash; the second time I drove and stop by, no one attended me so I ended up leaving. The third time was today, Iwaited for about 2 min in the drivethrough, also left before some started talking to me. I finally ordered the Spicy chickensandwich (which is the only thing I eat at Wendy's) and the lady handed me a plain sandwich with only mayo. I was so mad becauseI waited to be home and have it as my dinner. I have never seen that type of sandwich before at any Wendy's. And the servicetook very long too. I wish I could give no stars at all. Very bad service, you guys lost a customer. Horrible experience.

The food i selected was very tasty and good quality.
Ive ordered from here before and got food worth 5 stars, but this time the chicken was extremely dry, barely any crunch, and the cheese and cheese sauce were so cold I had to melt the cheese myself
At Wendy's, my Baconator Fries arrived without cheese sauce, but on the bright side, I enjoyed fresh 6-piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets from their menu.
I ordered the chili cheese fries, but they didn’t have any cheese on them.
Wendy's chocolate Frosty was incredible and a much-appreciated treat after a challenging month. Their menu offers delicious options that never disappoint.

I really enjoy Wendy's food, but this location is definitely the worst fast food place in Pendleton. The lobby is rarely open, and my orders are often incorrect. I've received the wrong order multiple times, and during my last visit, they actually took back my previous order, which seems like a violation since I had already touched the food when taking it out of the bag. I've tried giving them several chances, but things just don't seem to improve.
I can never tell when this restaurant will be open. When they are, the customer service is absolutely terrible. Don't even bother trying to place a mobile order; you'll end up waiting longer than if you ordered in person, and they seem completely indifferent to your experience or your order. I tried to pick up through the drive-thru, but they had decided not to open it that day and told me it was lobby only. When I mentioned that I had a mobile order, the staff member said I had to come inside. I asked if they could just hand me my order through the window since it was already paid for, but he refused. So, I went inside, only for them to tell me they couldn't find my order. This place is just absurd! The worst part is their negative attitudes throughout the entire process. I won't be returning to this Wendy's location.
Absolutely terrible experience. I visited this restaurant three times, and I truly regret it. I was really frustrated because I had been looking forward to enjoying it for dinner at home. I've never seen such a sandwich at any Wendy's before. Plus, the service was extremely slow. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very disappointing service—this place has lost a customer. What a dreadful experience.

I will never eat at this particular location again! We were forgotten in the drive thru. We ordered on the app, and was pulled forward while we waited on our food. We sat for 30 minutes before backing up back to the window. The gal at the window had no idea anyone had been pulled. They quickly threw together bags and finally gave us our drinks, and we left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, we discovered both orders were wrong. I complained on Wendy’s website, but never heard back. This has not been my only bad experience at this location, just the worst; and the last.

The service was pleasant, and the burgers and pommes were typical of fast food joints like Wendy's. For dessert we had a frost to add our meal.
You know I'm in the small town of USA, I can't really complain. The only thing I can say is that it is a bit slow there, but this is to be expected in this new COVID world. Other than that, I like to sit in her lil restaurant. Now stop reading and grab some chili like me:
This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The meat is consistently fresh, and the staff is very friendly. I eat here for lunch every day, and I have no intention of stopping. Great job! Keep up the excellent work!

This is one of the franchise stores that raised their prices on their junior bacon cheeseburger four for four. It's now $5 for that meal despite the sign on the board still saying $4. If I had more time I would have made a stink about it. Not really worth it over a dollar but it's still false advertisement. Employees were nice
