This location has had some problems in the past with long waits and staffing, but I didn't experience any issues during my visit for a quick meal. The food was exactly what I was looking for, and the staff was fast and efficient. View all feedback.

My family and I went to eat yesterday and the guy taken our order help himself to a tip from our debt card. When he asked if I wanted my Receipt He was hesitant to give it to me. He tipped himself almost 5 dollars. It's not about the money bc if he had abetter Attitude i might not have cared but he stole money out of my account and yes that's exactly what it's called!! When myhusband went up there to talk to the manager of all people he called my husband a lier but gave my husband the money back whichwasn't the point. It's who else has this kid done this too!! But when I called to confront the manager about calling my husbanda lier he over talked me, was extremely rude to me and once again called my husband a lier and hung up on me. I called back toask his name so i can call corporate but he wouldn't even say a word to me. I let him know i will be finding out one way oranother. I have proof the kid stole from us and the manager couldn't even apologize for him but was extremely rude and all wewanted was for him to know what was going on.

The older gentleman who works there is quite rude and dismissive. When he ignored me in line, I chose to leave and said, "No, thank you. I'll go somewhere else." He got angry and asked me to leave.
This Subway restaurant provides excellent service, featuring a friendly team and quick service.

They have good subs but sometimes in line they take a while and when ordering in line you cant hear the person speak to you. Lol.
One of my granddaughters favorite places for lunch. She used her gift card there and bought me lunch. Always fast, friendly and tasty. Thanks so much.

It's real clean and great service
I have used this Subway many times only because it is closest to my home. Never see management and staff turnaround is high. Sandwiches are adequate, but rarely made with a smile. This is a typical fast food restaurant where management is never around, just throw people into serving customers without much training other than how to put together the items on the menu. It is obvious that no customer service training is provided. There are exceptions, Chick-fil-A being one of them. In fairness, I have been to other Subways that provide good service, but Subway in Pendleton isn't one of them. Wake up management/owner!

The young waitress was very kind and provided excellent customer service! The heating was a bit too high, but overall, the sandwiches were fantastic!
The employees at the Southgate Pendleton Subway are excellent and consistently go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. They do a fantastic job catering my son's birthday every year, and this year was no exception. Thank you!
The restaurant tries to accommodate online orders, which is great for business. During my last visit, my grilled chicken was cold, but that was out of the ordinary. I noticed the staff put it in the oven, so it seemed like the oven wasn't functioning properly. However, this time the meat was warm and the sandwich turned out to be quite good.
The staff was fast and polite!
The subs at this place are fantastic, but be prepared for a bit of a wait in line at times. Additionally, it can be challenging to hear the person taking your order. Haha.
