So we ordered food, the extremely rude lady totally input our order wrong, the food didn't look very appetizing or fresh, and they over charged us. When we tried to make it right the rude lady was over talking the manager and was asked several times to stop, go in back room, and let manager handle it. She continued to argue and call us wrong. The manager wanted to refund 56.00 to our card and re ring up the 46.00 order. This making funds not available due to waiting period. We couldn't do that so we were forced to decline her offer. When we told them not to worry about it and that a review goes along ways. That's when the manager grabbed her wallet, asked what we wanted, I said the 7-10.00 that we were over charged. She handed me a 20 and asked for a good review. Please be weary and if you eat here make sure your food is fresh and the lady is nice?

It would be 0 stars if there was that option. I waited 22 minutes for the server to make (and ring up the two sandwiches) for the only customer in front of me. Then he said that he can’t make the steak and egg sandwich that I came in there for. I left without ordering anything. It’s always like this in there; it seems.

The manager reprimanded an employee for not washing the dishes properly. She then took the time to demonstrate her preferred method: dipping the dishes in soapy water, rinsing them, and then dipping them in sanitizer before letting them dry. This raises concerns about the cleanliness of the dishes, as it seems food has been served on unclean dishes for as long as Tammy, the manager, has been in charge.

The service was incredibly slow, taking forever to get our order. The sandwich I had was disappointing, with hardly any filling, and at $6, it felt overpriced. I would recommend saving your time and money by dining elsewhere.
