I... read more Okay, initial review and it is open to change. It was GOOD, but I can’t say it was great. I only got two things; ribs and brisket. The ribs blew my socks off. If all I got was that, 5 stars no question. Melt in your mouth tender, so tasty and amazing. They were cooked to perfection, the meat fell off the bones. The brisket was good. Great flavor, amazing bark, but it fell flat on the dryness of it. If it wasn’t as dry as it was, it would have been 5 stars, sadly it was a bit much. I will 100% go back and eat there again, and I’d even try the brisket again.

Chicken was moist but had no flavor. The star was the brisket of the proteins. Sides were just ok nothing groundbreaking. I won’t be back here. We will take our business back to Fork Grove.
