Reviews summary
Perched with lovely views, this upscale steakhouse is a favorite for anniversaries and special occasions thanks to attentive service, rich comfort dishes and standout desserts. Many diners rave about ribeyes and sides, though others report uneven cooking, occasional cold plates and sporadic rude front‑of‑house encounters. Prices are high ($50–$100 per person); gluten‑free choices are available but vegetarian and vegan offerings are limited. Expect a romantic, celebratory atmosphere with generally excellent service, but be aware steak quality and staff consistency can vary.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary dinner here and it did not disappoint! All of the food was absolutely wonderful, with our favorites being the ribeye for two (melt in your mouth and amazing flavor), brussel sprouts and the blue cheese mac-n-cheese with bacon. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. Will most definitely be returning for additional special occasions. View all feedback.
What Valerie Conner dislikes about Plateau:
The quality has declined. The crab cakes were overcooked, and there wasn't enough sauce for the large portion of beef (which was quite good). Given that the restaurant is attached to a casino, the prices seem high. Rating: Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3. View all feedback.

This was our first time at this restaurant and the food was incredible. The only thing better than the food was the incredible service from James. He was helpful on which items to choose. He was kind and very attentive. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Do not expect to find anything here suitable for vegans. This is a steak, butter, cream, and cheese ? kinda place Non-vegans seemed to enjoy it, but we had to leave with an empty stomach ? Vegetarian options: You can get some veggies covered in butter , cream ? , or cheese ?

I've eaten steaks at almost every steakhouse in Vegas. This place had the best Ribeye I've ever tasted. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sautéed Mushrooms
I'm not sure where to start, but I have to mention the asparagus first. It was absolutely the best asparagus I've ever had in a restaurant! It was cooked to perfection—kudos to the chef! The atmosphere, staff, and overall ambiance were excellent as well. Overall, I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5!

The food here is fantastic. The steaks are mouthwatering, and the sides are outstanding—I especially loved the loaded potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. The prices are quite reasonable, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the drinks are great.
The service was exceptional, and every item we tried, from the drinks to the food, was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy and full of flavor. While it's on the pricier side, I believe it was worth every cent. I will definitely be returning!
I always order the Pendleton Whiskey Steak when I visit Wildhorse. The Plateau offers a fantastic dining experience with an impressive variety of dishes. The views are stunning, the atmosphere is impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding. Be sure to make a reservation!
We have been here@10 times in the last three years and are always pleased! The food, the drinks, the staff are wonderful. The lobster bisque, the steaks, the cocktails, the sides have never let us down. We look forward to coming here more than winning at the casino (which is nice too)!
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The host was wonderful. The server was fantastic and the food was exceptional. The atmosphere was also very nice. If you are looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just want to have a nice dinner, look no further. We were treated with the best that restaurants have to offer and you will not be disappointed!
