The prices were reasonable, the portions were generou... read more I went out to dinner tonight with a group of friends and we had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was amazing. We all loved the Jamaican jerk and Hawaiian BBQ wings, the spinach-artichoke dip, and my steak was cooked perfectly. Everyone in our group had positive things to say about their meals. Our server, Jenny, took great care of us. I can't wait to come back again soon - I have my eye on the double dipped wings and a burger for next time!

Have eaten some paints here. they had great schrooms super calamari. but no more. the shrooms were soggy and the calamari was terrible. they have a new cook tha... read more Have eaten some paints here. they had great schrooms super calamari. but no more. the shrooms were soggy and the calamari was terrible. they have a new cook that is not on the same level as the last cook they had. after 5 years decided to try the islander again. ordered x- hot chicken wing, schrooms calamari. it was all very, very good. the bar tender/waitress, debbie was extraordinarily friendly. the chef today, I think debbie called him nathaniel, was definitiw an surprise after my last sad experience in this institution. not today. everything was absolutely great. will try again. great job Islander staff. as they can see, they get a tonne of shrooms. also the horses sauce was very delicious.

My wife has a shellfish allergy, but the staff made her feel confident about ordering from the grill. The French dip sandwich was delicious. Our waitress recommended having it on a Hoagie roll, so I gave it a try. It was good. My wife enjoyed the steamed vegetables and the hush puppies were great. We would definitely return.
