I want to return, everything was so delicious!
The food and Margs here are awesome! Probably my favorite Mexican in Clemson!
Portion size is about half what it used to be. I hate to have to change my 5 star review to 3 but this is one of our favorite places to carry out, tonight I got the pollo a la plancha and it was even less than half of what I use to get for the same price. Chips and salsa were cut down to half awhile ago but now every time I order I get less and less food for the same price. I try to order sides to make up for this and they give less and less of that as well. Very sad. Hope this changes.
The chips were greasy and stale the salsa was tomato sauce The food was warm The chicken was dry The shrimp was like rubber The tortillas were chewy. The natchos were warm and chewy. It was not a good experience will never go back.
This Mexican restaurant is the real deal. I typically do not leave reviews for restaurants because there is plenty opinions out there. However, this one is a good one. It's family owned and has a real Mexican environment. The food is outstanding too. I will definitely say it's the better if not best Mexican restaurant in Anderson.Vegetarian options: All you have to do is ask and they'll make you what you want based on vegetarian options. I had grilled chicken laid over a bed of grilled veggies.(I know... chicken isn't vegetarian, but you can ask for anything)
