The restaurant is great when the order is correct, but unfortunately, every order I've placed has been wrong. It also takes a long time to receive my order, even when there are no other customers in the drive-thru or inside the building. Additionally, the drive-thru has a large pothole that is difficult to avoid when exiting the parking lot.
The muffin was served cold and not even warmed up. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes. The service was horrible, although the food was okay. I would not recommend this restaurant.
When your order is accurate, it's fantastic! However, this restaurant can get quite busy, so I can understand that mistakes might happen easily during a rush. I was also disappointed to see that the location advertises "Order Online" on the app, but when I tried to place an order, I couldn't select this location. Therefore, I wasn't able to order online from this restaurant.
Drive through wait times are ridiculously long.
The baristas are so nice and welcoming. They could tell it was our first time and made sure to walk us through our questions.
