Quality Fish - Pendle
Quality Fish
Description
The local fish and chip shop has garnered mixed reviews, showcasing a medley of experiences. While some diners praised the light, crispy fish and fluffy chips, others lamented soggy fries and inconsistencies in batter. Customer service stood out positively, with mentions of friendly staff enhancing the overall experience. Frequent patrons appreciate the traditional offerings and flavors, especially the beloved gravy. However, occasional quality dips have prompted some to hesitate, revealing a need for consistent execution. Despite the critiques, the establishment remains a cherished spot for many, embodying the classic charm of a British chippy.

The chips are soggy and clump together, the batter on the fish easily falls off, and the Chicken Nuggets were ruined by being coated in fish batter. These are the worst chips I have ever had from a fish and chips shop.
My family really like this chippy. Always enjoy our meals and look forward to our Friday night treat.
I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and I must say it is a fantastic place for fish and chips. The food is delicious, with my favorite being the perfectly cooked fish. Over the years, I have tried almost everything on the menu and have never had a complaint. The staff is all very pleasant and the management is always helpful. I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a traditional English fish and chip shop experience.
The food was excellent, especially the fish. The peas were also delicious. The portions of chips were generous. Overall, the food was very good.
