The food is delicious, with my favorite being the perfectly cooked fish. Over the years, I have tried almost everything on the menu and have never had a complaint. The staff is all very pleasant and the management is always helpful. I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a traditional English fish and chip shop experience.

I h... read more I had a strange experience this afternoon at the Quality Fish Bar. I was approached by the owner and asked whether I'd been writing on Tripadviser recently. I have now! And confronted whether I write reviews under a pseudonym. The answer to your question is no. I go under my proper name. I have no problem giving my opinion on a particular subject, if the situation warrants an opinion. My opinion on your food, service, cleanliness is simple. Its very good. In fact. Its better than very good. But just because a customer doesn't come into your shop for 18 months. This doesn't mean that they're writing reviews and criticising your ability to carry out your job. The Fish Bar certainly delivers on quality, it's not just in the name. But if people decide not to eat at your Fish Bar. It will not be because of the food. It will be because of your attitude.

These are the worst chips I have ever had from a fish and chips shop.
