The gravy was cold, tas... read more I went to this restaurant today and it was a complete waste of money. The chips were cold and overcooked, and there wasn't much of them. The gravy was cold, tasteless, watery, and expired. When I asked if they had any gravy, the man didn't seem to care and simply said no without offering a refund. When we mentioned that the chips were cold and overdone, he brought us another batch without apologizing or engaging in any conversation, but they were just as bad. The chicken was also overcooked. The food and customer service were absolutely disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere. The staff could use some lessons in manners and enthusiasm, as the person who served us seemed like a lifeless, uninterested teenager.

When I contacted the store... read more I ordered from KFC through Just Eat and unfortunately, the order was completely incorrect, which has happened multiple times before. When I contacted the store to request a replacement for our proper order, I was rudely informed that it was not their responsibility and that I had to seek a refund from Just Eat. While the refund process does go through Just Eat, it was ultimately KFC's mistake for getting the order wrong. The receipt clearly showed the correct items, but the food inside did not match. We had to keep the incorrect food, which was of poor quality with dry chicken, resulting in 90% of it being thrown away. Due to this frustrating experience, we will not be ordering from this KFC again.

So, in a way, I have saved myself the hassle of dealing with their incompetent service. It makes me wonder at what point the KFC brand will intervene and address the mismanagement that is tarnishing their reputation.

I absolutely adore KFC gravy, am totally aware how it is made using the waste crumbs from the Henny penny Fryers i love it when it is thick and full of flavour... read more I absolutely adore KFC gravy, am totally aware how it is made using the waste crumbs from the Henny penny Fryers i love it when it is thick and full of flavour a couple of weeks ago i had the special. the gravy was hot thin and almost tasteless was not made how it should have been ..... i have not been back.
