We had a lovely meal last Thursday evening. It was a friend's get together for Christmas. We had the Christmas menu. courses, excellent value! The food was delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly.The table and surroundings were decorated beautifully for the season. Thank you x
Lovely food and very good service, well organised especially with the rules around Only negative when ordering wine by the glass it wasn’t very chilled, when ordering wine by the bottle it’s served in a wine cooler, but the wine took ages to cool so presuming the bottle isn’t chilled to start with. Lovely place to have a cold beer in the garden after walking in the area.
By far the best pub round, great value for money and a real British country pub!
Brilliant village gas house roaring fire when cool serves a good variety of quality genuine ales. beautiful menu too. dog friendly every amount of different rooms to sit in plus s tap room as well. question
Came yesterday with my mum, after a walk up Pendle Hill. The food is lush. And a lovely friendly and warm place. Would highly recommend here to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to go back again in a few weeks.

I just wanted to leave a quick review because this restaurant definitely deserves it. My family of 2 adults and 3 children went last Saturday and we were all very impressed. The menu had something for everyone and the food was delicious.
I absolutely adore this restaurant and have visited multiple times. They are pet-friendly, offer delicious food and drinks, and the cozy cottage atmosphere is simply delightful.
My recent birthday party down there, quite a lot of the family were able to turn up at lunchtime. Everyone enjoyed the excellent food and we were well...
Lovely food and friendly welcome. Staff welcomed us and our furbabies. Highly recommend a visit.
