For our visit, we dined in for dinner, and the cost per person was around A$20–40. I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5, while the service was more average at a 3. The atmosphere left something to be desired, coming in at a 2. Finding parking was tricky, but we managed to find free street parking nearby."

No acknowledgement even though I was standing right in front of the display counter to be served. They were happy to turn their back to me and continue their work. Either these girls are too proud to deal with customers or they are overworked. Walked away after a few minutes. Disgusting attitude of srilankan staff. Owner should take note. Luckily there was ample choice of other srilankan restaurants nearby Service: 1

I have visited once with family and asked one of the staff a lady staff at the counter), whether they have coffee available and she said yes. Hence I asked for a coffee and seated after asking her. We clearly remember asking her to get the coffee in take away cup first, then changed mind and asked her to get in normal cup. Also informed her where we were seated. It’s a small restaurant with 4 tables. So no chance that we have been hidden from her eyes. Waited for around 15min. Since no one is turning up with a coffee , we went back and asked the staff, is the coffee is ready. Surprisingly staff whom we made the order at counter) said I didn’t make an order. She was trying to put the blame on us to hide her ignorance. If they didn’t get the order, isn’t a courtesy to ask for the order atleast we had seen staff asking for orders who had seated in other tables) It was very unfortunate that the she doesn't want to serve as it was just a coffee and it would have been easy for us if she could answer in polite way. We are not saying all the staff needs to be improved, but definitely one of the counter staff needs to learn how to talk respectfully to the customer without judging them based on the order they make) Service: 1
