Went here today for the first time. The staff were legendary, especially the lady called Jess, she was vibrant and and had a really good attitude with customers. I will definitely revisit. View all feedback.

Booked a table and was turned away on the door because my 73 year old father was wearing tracksuit bottoms. Very disappointing having brought him on a Saturday night before while wearing tracksuit bottoms and it never being a problem before. A great sized pub with a good food and drink selection. Staff are helpful and friendly and the pub itself is in a great spot with good transport links. A great all rounder for a cheeky pint or lunch with the family.
Had Sunday roast there last weekend. The food was excellent, really tasty. We all had the Pork roast. Service was quick too. We'll be back

I am writing on behalf of Robert Davies and Towie his guide dog.they have always been very helpful to him, making sure he always has a table. Left water for Towie and generally make sure he is comfortable. Thank you.
Just moved back to penarth and I've been eating here twice a day, fantastic food I can't fault it, service from Jess, Olly and Matt is exceptional! Would recommend highly to anyone who wants cheap drinks and food along with great friendly bar staff!
