There was no attempt to clear our table throughout the meal, and I had to ask three different employees for the bill. When the bill finally came, it was separated incorrectly, causing confusion. There was an unexpected service charge of £11, which I requested to have removed because the service was not what we expected. None of us truly enjoyed our lunch, and we won't be returning, as the experience felt quite stressful. The interior decoration was beautiful, but that couldn't compensate for the service we received.

However, the lobster cocktail was a standout dish that felt a bit overpriced. The choice of music was quite peculiar for a restaurant, with a DJ playing loud electronic dance music. It wasn't quite to our taste, but that might just be due to our age!
