This is a little gem in Pembroke. We stopped for brunch on Sunday, as we drove from Lake Nipissing back to Montreal. Very different menu and something for every taste. Very friendly staff View all feedback.

Ate there tonight and the food was kind of tasteless and not hot. I ordered the Linguine that had a squash based cream sauce . Very little in addition to pasta as far as ingredients go. My husband and I enjoy dining at this restaurant. They offer gluten free options for nearly 95% of their menu items, which is great for him. They even provide gluten free bread so he can fully enjoy the appetizers.
The restaurant continues to expand its gluten-free menu options, but it is important to know they do not have a separate facility for preparing gluten-free dishes.
Extremely accommodating. Nearly the entire menu could be adapted for gluten-free options. Our meal was fantastic. I chose the special pasta dish made with gluten-free penne, and also enjoyed a delicious roasted tomato and mushroom soup. The rest of our group was satisfied with their traditional meals. The decor was tasteful and appealing. The servers were efficient, friendly, and well-informed.
Last evening I took a group of 8 to this new Pembroke restaurant , The Courtyard Bistro, for the first time.
