Smothered in gravy and covered in Louie gooey cheese this is definitely the place to be if you want some good old-fashioned french fries in a box

This is a recently opened sausage and fry vendor (with ice cream) in the Canadian Tire parking lot. I've been wanting to try it and finally had the chance.

I tried the crispy frits smothered in melted cheese at this restaurant, and it was definitely the place to go for a nostalgic and delicious snack.

I don't usually visit food trucks or chip trucks, but when a friend wanted to stop by one in Pembroke for a quick lunch, I decided to give it a try. The truck looked inviting with its large red pendent and clean appearance. The gentleman who served us (I think his name was Matt) was very friendly and efficient. The burgers were made with fresh, quality meat, unlike the frozen patties served at most places. The fries were fantastic - freshly peeled, hand-cut, and perfectly crispy. I will definitely consider adding this food truck to my list of lunch options whenever I'm in Pembroke.
