I don't usually visit food trucks or chip trucks, but when a friend wanted to stop by one in Pembroke for a quick lunch, I decided to give it a try. Smothered in gravy and covered in Louie gooey cheese this is definitely the place to be if you want some good old-fashioned french fries in a box

This is a recently opened sausage and fry vendor (with ice cream) in the Canadian Tire parking lot. I've been wanting to try it and finally had the chance.
I tried the crispy frits smothered in melted cheese at this restaurant, and it was definitely the place to go for a nostalgic and delicious snack.

The burgers were made with fresh, quality meat, unlike the frozen patties served at most places. The fries were fantastic - freshly peeled, hand-cut, and perfectly crispy. I will definitely consider adding this food truck to my list of lunch options whenever I'm in Pembroke.
