Zaika Grill - Pembroke Pines

After some time, the taste of the food at this restaurant used to be good. However, with new staff working now, they seem to have no understanding of Asian flavors. Despite their good behavior, I have been disappointed every time I have visited with my friends. My apologies for this negative review.

I always loved Zaika Grill. But my last experience was not very good and it completely changed my mood towards Koch. Let me begin by explaining the restaurant has a very tasty chicken zinger burger that comes up with a very uniquely good white sauce on the rolls that really NOT pair with this special sandwich... Today I went to a ordered Cheeseburger, took about 30 to come out when there were only a few people in the restaurant. After a wait (which didn't make me too much because I thought my burger was perfected), the waitress brought my burger and apologized profusely that it took so long, the nice waitress also explained to me, it took only so long because ya cook ACCIDENTALLY a chicken zinger burger happy instead of my Cheeseburger, I was obviously saying it? When I took my first bite, I immediately tasted something quite different and strange, I looked at my burger and realized that THE CHICKEN ZINGER SANDWICHES WHITE SAUCE WAS ON MY BURGER, I was so confused until I realized that the cook made my sandwich wrong and decided to put only onions, salad and my burger patty chickens on the same bungalow he had used accidentally. I was so upset because it changed the whole taste of the burger. And I didn't give it back or refused to pay if my bill can only be because that was my first meal of the day and I starved that I couldn't wait anymore. This incident really worries me because I have come to this facility for years, it was one of the first places I took my husband when he moved here. And only the fact that the cook was TOO LAZY to use a new bungalow with mayonnaise, he used an old bungalow from a false sandwich he made. Most sad part is this use to be my favorite restaurant.. Now I have to discuss if I eat here next time or not.

We were looking for an Indian/Pakistani restaurant on our short stay and this restaurant was a bit far, but we were glad we had our lunch there. Great food, we ordered the plate and that filled us. The service was excellent. Jessica waited for us and she was the best. I will definitely eat there again if I do it next time in the Miami area.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The chef even made a special appearance at our table. We will definitely be returning in the near future. A hidden gem worth discovering.

The service at this restaurant was incredible. The waitresses were attentive, patient, and respectful. The food was also delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the boti roll; it was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!
